From an early career in accounting, Tony moved into commerce in management positions, overseeing operations in multinational corporations across a range of industries.

His 35+ years’ experience covers numerous industries and roles from senior management positions to corporate finance and accounting.

Tony founded Divest Merge Acquire (DMA) in 1999 in Australia.

For over 2 decades, Tony has guided hundreds of business owners, investors and listed companies through exit and acquisition processes, covering virtually every industry sector.

He currently heads DMA and more recently has expanded his role to lead CFI Australia, an M&A transaction services provider in the $30-500m space.
