I have rated DMA straight A’s for the good reason that it was my experience that the process of the sale of my business could not have gone smoother despite being such a complex process. Now complete I can appreciate how complex such a transaction is and can say without reservation that I would never have been able to protect my own interests without DMA’s assistance. This is given the situation where the purchaser’s proposal was accepted unaltered.
