DMA’s divestment process marketing attracted interest from 177 prospective investors, interested in Seapal and its related businesses. Ultimately Hyne Group was the successful purchaser, adding to the long list of acquisitions they have been making of pallet manufacturing businesses, complementing their timber mill and related operations.
This marks DMA’s second transaction with Hyne Group, having previously worked with them on another project in earlier years.
