Dealing with Michael, Blake and the team at DMA throughout our recent sale process was an absolute pleasure. They provided a very accurate information memorandum which was interesting for us to read through as we had only ever viewed the business internally and seeing it set out the way they did was very impressive. We built the business from nothing over a 40 year period but had no idea about how to go about selling the business. These guys were very professional and went to great lengths to explain how the process would work. They introduced us to qualified buyers so we never felt at any stage that we were wasting time. They also guided and assisted us by providing contacts to external assistance with accountancy and legal matters which has all worked out positively. They possess obviously time tested negotiation skills which were utilised especially towards the end of the deal as we approached the completion stage. In hindsight we were very impressed with DMA as they made what seemed to us to be an impossible task into a seamless and stressfree (mostly) deal, which has now completed and entirely to our satisfaction.
