The clarity of purpose and structure of method made the process easy to understand, manage & achieve the outcome we desired. The Information Memorandum was concise, well presented, professional, and focused on the positive aspects of the business without having the feel of "overselling". We were delighted with the marketing of the business where, from the time the business was uploaded for sale, we were updated with enquiries and expressions of interest from potential buyers. It appeared that there was no shortage of potential buyers which reflected well on the marketing strategies. At all times Tony, Blake and Jeremy were clear in their advice; constructive in their suggestions; and, most importantly understanding of our experience in running a business, but not necessarily in the sale of a business.
