– Mining equipment, technology and services
– Civil /industrial construction
– Recycling and resource recovery
– Agricultural services (excluding farming)
– Defence and defence component manufacturing - Adjacent or comparable industries are also potentially of interest.
- Preference for Greater Brisbane (or nearby) headquarters.
- EBITDA $1.5M+.
- Investment range $5M – $10M+.
