- Australian-based electrical services providers.
- Primarily interested in providers of certification, qualification, training and/or testing services.
- Sectors include: Electrical, Renewable Energy, Rail, Safety, Infrastructure and Electromobility, Industry and Services.
- Electrical installation is outside of scope, however commissioning, maintenance and related advisory and services are of interest.
- Investment range $5M – $100M+.
The multi-national Buyer specialises in supplying electrical products and services to utility providers, and non-utility industrial sectors including power transmission & distribution, renewables, commercial and other industrial sectors. Product range covers LV and HV electrical transmission and distribution products, as well as electrical safety products.
