Paul has over 25 years’ experience in strategic and corporate advisory, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions and investment management.

Paul has a proven track record in originating and successfully completing complex projects and transactions and solving challenging commercial problems. He has extensive experience with global investment banks, mid-market corporate advisers and investment managers including Macquarie, Credit Suisse, ISPT / IFM and 333 Capital.

Paul has also worked in several senior management roles including CFO, Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Corporate Development Officer, and board roles. This experience allows him to deeply understand the perspectives of clients – their growth aspirations and challenges – and to deliver proven and practical solutions.
