Nick has more than 25 years’ experience focused on Corporate Finance and Capital Markets in Australia and Asia, working with investors, governments, central banks, and corporate clients, delivering capital markets solutions and investment outcomes. He began his career with UBS Investment Bank in Sydney and after 15 years of advising clients on transactions, he moved with UBS to Tokyo on similar work in that market. He then spent four years at Japanese megabank Sumitomo Mitsui, advising global clients on their transactions.

He brings technical strength in transaction strategy, deal structuring, modelling, and project management for strong transactional outcomes. A focus on investor narratives to drive strong deal fundamentals and alignment.

Since returning to Australia, Nick has applied that transactional experience to local client transactions. Advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, IPOs and business exits, he leverages the global experience gained on hundreds of transactions.
