Michael has gained a reputation as a respected advisor during his 14 years working in Mergers and Acquisitions. He has been part of hundreds of business sales across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, building and construction, import/export, wholesale, distribution, retail as well as service based/professional businesses. This has helped him to form a well-rounded understanding of business which has been invaluable in his ability to analyse and simplify the most complex of operations.
Having dealt with small business owners through to executives of large ASX listed companies, Michael believes the key to his success is his natural ability to communicate, direct approach and the determination to see parties are treated in a fair and respectful manner. His dedication to professionalism has seen him become highly recognised in the business sales industry and recipient of multiple awards.
Prior to working in M&A, Michael gained a Bachelor of Commerce degree at university, and worked in a number of sales and marketing positions in a corporate environment.
