Mike is an experienced Business Strategist with a strong foundation in Accounting & Corporate Finance, a proven aptitude for Business Development & Marketing, and a healthy Entrepreneurial streak. Since beginning his career with KPMG in 2007, Mike has consistently been recognised and awarded for his strong focus on improving the efficiency and results of systems and processes.
Having been involved in numerous startups, Mike continually pushes the boundaries with innovative and modern ideas, managing projects from conception through to implementation and beyond. His role at DMA has not only included development and improvements of marketing systems but also heavily focused on client financial analysis, including valuations and forecasts. Mike has managed over 30 business sale and acquisition projects, ranging in value from $500K to $65M, and brings a wealth of knowledge with regards to transaction structuring, due diligence, negotiation and contract management.
